How You Can Help
The Fold is 100% privately supported. We do not receive any state or government funding but trust God to provide through His people, church partners, and foundations. Your prayers, financial gifts, volunteering, and more make a difference! Your partnership enables us to keep our doors open to teens and families in need of our ministry.
Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us?
One of the greatest ways you can support The Fold is to pray for our residents and staff.
Ongoing prayer requests are:
- For the teens and families we serve at The Fold, that they may receive and embrace God's grace and healing power in their lives.
- For our staff, that they will be equipped with strength, wisdom, and words of encouragement and hope for the teens and families in our care.
- For our graduates, that they will continue to live out the truths they learned at The Fold and see God's goodness in their lives each day.
Partnering with The Fold financially can take many different forms:
Mail a Check
One of the most common ways that people give to The Fold is by mailing a check. To do so, simply make out a check to "The Fold" and mail it to:

Do you want to give a stock gift and avoid capital gains taxes while ensuring the future of The Fold? The Fold can facilitate these types of gifts for you.
Employer Matching Gifts
Companies around the country are willing to partner with their employees in giving to non-profit organizations like The Fold. The Fold is a 501©3 corporation which many employers are willing to support. If your employer has a matching gift program, you can increase the impact of your gift to The Fold by participating.
Participate in our Honor or Memorial Plan
Is there someone in your life that you want to honor with a special gift? Perhaps there is a special day coming – a birthday, Mother’s day, a holiday, etc. Maybe someone has impacted your life in a significant way and you want to do something special to honor them. Give a gift to The Fold in their honor.
"I want to give the amount indicated below, In Honor of..."
When a loved one passes away, you want to do something to remember them for the impact they had in your life. There is no better way to do that than to give a gift to The Fold, where their life will continue to impact the lives of teens and families who are walking through the process of healing, transforming, and embracing Christ as their life.

During the spring, summer, and fall months, The Fold hosts work teams from throughout the United States who join us to spend time working on maintenance, grounds, and other special projects on our three campuses. While work teams contribute to practical needs, they also have a blast joining the Girls' Home and Boys' Home for dinners, nights of fellowship, worship, and testimony sharing with staff and residents.
Talk to your pastor, youth pastor, or small group leader about bringing a work team to The Fold.
If you are interested in finding out more or scheduling a work team, please contact us.
Share about The Fold's ministry by scheduling a speaking engagement for one of our staff (and potentially residents) to speak to your church, college, small group, or civic organization.
Some examples might be
- A 10 minute "Missions Moment" during a church service
- A Sunday School Hour
- A Youth Group or Youth Ministry Event

Support Our Staff
We have an all-star team of staff here at The Fold, and we would love for you to come alongside them to support and encourage them in any creative way you can think of!
We have had churches and individuals send staff small birthday gifts, letters of encouragement, or gift cards to local restaurants. (They are not making the big bucks working here!) If you would like to encourage or support a staff member, please contact us.
If you are local (or even if you're not!) and would like to tour The Fold's facilities for a day, meet staff and residents, and talk with staff about ways you can partner with us, we would love to have you!
